Ron Selewach graduated from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and has dedicated his professional career to the advancement of the human resource profession. After spending his formative years in intense, in-depth assignments with the nation’s largest, most advanced aerospace firms — including negotiating 13 labor agreements in his first 10 years, opening and staffing new manufacturing facilities, serving as the chairman of an industry-wide compensation committee, personally hiring 1000s of new employees, and creating an international recruiting program — Ron developed HR programs and strategies that earned him an invitation into the corporate boardroom. Due to the positive, measurable impact Ron had on bottom lines, his employers came to view his function as a profit center. The first to coin and put real meaning into the phrase “Employer of Choice,” Ron’s systems re-engineering initiatives improved the efficiency of the various processes throughout the employment life cycle and greatly improved the quality of new hires for his employers and clients. In 1984, he founded HRMC in order to leverage his expertise with multiple employers concurrently. When he’s not working, Ron’s passion extends to his two other interests: his family and hydroplane racing. Ron races hydroplane boats and owns a manufacturing company that produces outboard motors and other items for boat racing. Ron also recently married after being a single parent of 3 children for 27 years. Now he enjoys showering his grandchildren with attention.
Andrea joined HRMC in 1990. She is responsible for programming interviews, employer services, and other features into the HRMC computer systems. Andrea graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems. She is particularly adept at finding new ways to provide client companies with feature sets that exceed their needs. Because of Acclaim’s flexibility, Andrea’s position requires an intense amount of attention to detail. She and her staff are directly responsible for HRMC's reputation for prompt, effective customer service. As one client commented, "When I ask HRMC for something, I know I can then forget about it because I know it will be done and I won't have to follow up." On the personal side, Andrea is an enthusiastic outdoors person. She is a contest-winning bass fisherman, a competitive skeet shooter, and an avid hunter. When not working on their house, Andrea and husband Jason can be found camping out somewhere, enjoying the wilderness.

He was also responsible for the start-up of an accounting firm’s IT consulting division before opening his own consulting firm, working with companies such as Avado Brands’ Hops Restaurants and Shells Restaurants. He joined HRMC from Florida Lift Systems, where he was IT Manager. At HRMC, Jeff has managed multiple large-scale and global initiatives and oversees all aspects of the product development lifecycle. Projects include the development of an exempt recruiting system for a Fortune 500 financial company that collected thousands of substantive and psychometrical data points per candidate. Jeff managed the planning, development, and deployment of a global, multilingual survey and administrative site with HRMC’s partner, Human Resource Institute.
