We understand the pace of business. Our system does not require “IT Integration” (often a euphemism for costly and time-consuming). Rapid startup means there isn’t any software to install, hardware to buy, or capital infrastructure to invest in. The process of crafting your interview questions typically takes one or two weeks. We apply our extensive HR expertise within your industry to assure that specific job titles and responsibilities are accurately mapped through the interview questions. Once that stage is complete, the system is fully operational.
