With HRMC Acclaim™, you’ll wonder how you ever hired “the old way.”
Rather than focusing on a minimum qualification threshold, Acclaim identifies the high achievers whose talents are ideally suited to your open position. These individuals are more likely to enjoy long-term success at your company, and more likely to contribute to your bottom line.
Acclaim’s approach to assessment is reminiscent of your English teacher’s maxim of “Show, don’t tell.” Acclaim assesses the person, not the resume. When
résumés aren’t required
, focus shifts to the person, not the piece of paper. Applicant claims of competency are verified through sophisticated interviews and simulations, tailor-made to the position you need to fill.
Customized interviews are developed from comprehensive job analyses. To accurately qualify each candidate, complex branching and computer-adaptive questioning intelligently changes the path of applicant questioning as responses are received.
Applicants are interviewed automatically via telephone or web browser, 24/7/365, without any manual intervention. Importantly, the convenience and ease of the interview experience ensures that the
candidate’s view
is highly positive. Candidates appreciate being able to respond directly to job-specific questions, rather than guessing at what to include in a resume.
Acclaim’s applicant ranking and scoring technology analyzes the responses gathered via telephone and/or internet, integrating the data and scoring each candidate against your job-specific criteria. When you log in to the Acclaim interface, a ranked list of the most ideal applicants is waiting, with the most promising applicants already auto–scheduled for final onsite interview, if you so choose.
